This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, and they are always friendly. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

Rooms very clean.

Unfortunately, the breakfast area was not clean when we arrived, with sticky tables and trash scattered outside. The check-in process felt exhausting, and there was no one available to assist promptly. Additionally, the hot breakfast items were cold, which was disappointing after a long day of traveling.

This place was just a proper fit for a rapid stop in West Des Moines with all in all brilliant value for money. The friendly staff helped me with an urgent need for an extra blanket without any fuss. Make sure to check if the kitchen supplies are fully stocked before you settle in.

Good for Family with Kids

The room layout was exceptional. We had a two-bed suite with a kitchenette that was perfect for making family snacks.

Staying at Towneplace Suites was quite enjoyable. The mini-kitchen in my King Studio added a nice touch for my road trip adventures. I loved the proximity to great shopping, which really complemented my stay. A few minor maintenance issues in the room didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
